Questions, answered
- Do my guests need an account or an app?
- No. Guests open a personal link and reply right there — nothing to install, no sign-up, works on any phone.
- Can one link cover a whole family?
- Yes. Each invitation link covers a group; every named person RSVPs and picks their meal individually, and plus-ones can be named when they reply.
- Is every invitation really custom?
- Yes. We hand-build each design in code for one celebration — custom-crafted motion and art direction, never a shared template. You preview it privately and refine it with us before it goes out.
- What happens to my guests' data?
- It's stored only to run your invitation. You can export everything as CSV or permanently delete the event and all guest data at any time.
- How is this priced?
- Every invitation starts at $59. Extra sections, custom media or more elaborate motion can raise it — and you'll always see the full price, itemised, before anything is billed. No subscription, no per-guest fees.
- What web address will my invitation have?
- By default, each group opens its own private, unguessable link — no app or account needed, and no names in the address. If you'd like a branded web address like james-and-jenna.aetherial-studio.com, we can set that up as an optional extra and you choose the label.
- How do I pay?
- We send a PayPal invoice once the price is agreed. You can settle it with any major card or bank transfer through PayPal's checkout — a PayPal account isn't required.
- What if I change my mind — can I get a refund?
- Yes. Once your invitation goes live you have a full 48 hours to request a refund — we'll refund what you paid and take it offline. After that the fee is non-refundable, since the design is bespoke and by then delivered and in use. See our Terms for the full policy.
